Your donation of stock may result in significant tax savings or a charitable deduction. It is simple to initiate your donation of stock or securities:

1. Contact your broker

2. Explain your desire to transfer your shares as a charitable donation to BAWC

3. Complete the forms provided by your broker

Pursuant to IRS regulations, the effective date of the gift for valuation and charitable deduction purposes is the date the securities are transferred to BAWC's brokerage account. Please allow enough time if the transfer needs to be made by a specific date.
